Picked up my new Canadian Sport model December 11th. I've been driving a 16 LX with Honda Sensing since 2016, now with almost 200,000 km.
I think this version is an incredible upgrade in both trim level and technology.
Biggest improvements in my opinion

I think this version is an incredible upgrade in both trim level and technology.
Biggest improvements in my opinion
- Ride quality - less bouncy
- Chassis stifness - more responsive
- Interior - more spacious, better layout, physical buttons
- Safety - better airbags
- Honda Sensing - WAY better, LKA at lower speeds, does not turn off with brake, more accurate
- Adaptive cruise applies brakes downhill
- Dome light - turns on with door, LED
- Head Unit - knobs, HVAC not integrated, physical buttons/knobs
- Trunk lid button on trunk
- Exterior - LED lighting package
- Engine compartment - can reach oil filter, more spacious
- No TPMS in wheels
- Better quality interior all around
- Remote starter - turns on heated seats and heated steering wheel
- Parking brake indicator in control - no need to guess
- Blind spot warning
Misses
- Wipers cannot be lifted for snow, need to position with stalk after turning off
- One way remote starter - have to look to confirm, no feedback
- No temperature gage in cluster
