If you don't yet own a house or any property for that matter, get the Si. Don't be that guy with the CTR in an apartment lol. That being said, get the Type R, no brainer.

Great advice but I don't think people in the car community listen to it often. I know a guy with 4 cars, 2 jeeps, a camaro, and a ram truck. Guy constantly complains about money and lives like a block away from the trailer park

Yep. Being “car rich” is definitely a thing and really dumb. My family had a plumbing business and my dad used to hate working at some people’s houses. They’d have very nice, new, vehicles in the driveway, but wanted to be on a payment plan for even just a $100-$200 job!
