Has anyone actually ever contacted them, short of placing an order? I've left messages on here for them, I've emailed them several times and I've left questions for them on their Amazon listings,and called .
I've heard nothing back from them.

I call them and they pick up most times. Other than that you’ll get no response

I was thinking about getting the louvers for the new coupe, but if they can't be bothered to answer some simple questions, I think I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Thanks! I still might not buy from them since their customer service seems to suck, but I was wondering if you have any problem with them when opening the trunk? My trunk lid barely missed touching the glass on the corners of it when fully opened. You have any pics? I've only seen them on the sedan, and I know they look different than the coupe ones. Thanks again!

Also contacted them on ebay never got a reply...
