Loose valve head cover bolts

So I was recently in my engine bay and something bought my eye, a bolt fully backed out of the head cover on my k20c. I had noticed some seepage around the cover seal but did not think to check the bolts.. after seeing the one bolt fully backed out I checked them all and it seems 4 of them were loose enough to take out by hand.
