RSR Coilover - How to Torque Rear Lock Seat?

Probably missing something obvious but how do I torque the lock seat in the rear? The manual states 60Nm but when I turn it with the supplied wrench, the body turns with it (the black threaded part).

I just hold the body with my hand (with a glove) while torquing it down.

Thanks for the reply. Do you just tighten it as much as you can that way and call it good, or do you use a torque wrench?

The former usually but if it I'm not being lazy I'll use the torque wrench. I just found that out works occasionally make the lock seat excessively annoying to loosen.
