Can anyone recommend a Honda dealer in the OC area to take my CTR for standard maintenance?

When my Civic had 800 miles the AC wasn't cold enough. I went to Buena Park Honda near my house. They said an O ring was faulty and fixed it under warranty. My car had 50 miles more on the odometer than when I dropped it off. I wonder if someone took a joy ride because my car is a manual.
