Does anyone know any good Honda Tuners in the Charlotte area?

I’m planning to use AV Tuning & Development out of Charleston. Im in Columbia SC so not too far but assuming there has to be a few good tuners in Charlotte.

I planning to have the parts below installed with tune. Estimate was almost $8k. Parts are about $4k and I understand labor is not cheap just not sure if this is a fair price. Any and all feedback is appreciated.
