2.0L 2022+ Honda Civic 2.0L High Volume Intake System Development

Here's a sneak peak at our 3D printed, prototype High Volume Intake System for the 2022+ 11th Gen 2.0L Honda Civic!

This intake system will utilize the factory air duct and rubber seal located on the underside of the hood to allow maximum airflow to the air box and filter. Production HVI air boxes will be constructed of HDPE rotomolding to keep intake air temperatures low and for optimal fitment. Our kit will also feature a new MAF housing & air box lid design to streamline installation and maintenance, all while still keeping factory spec fuel trims, drivability and performance PRL Motorsports is known for. By allowing much more air in, how is the car not running lean?

Sensors and comptuers - they will correct within a certain range. It's why you can run something like a civic SI on 87 instead of 91, and it doesn't blow the pistons out.
