Where buy 2022 SI spare tire and wheel

The 2022 Civic SI comes with a repair kit but no spare tire. Owners manual says tire size is T125/80R17 99M. The dealership only carries the tire but no wheel. Where would you guys recommend to buy a spare wheel and tire?

thanks I saw that post but I don’t think the tire came with a wheel. Anywhere you’d recommend to get a wheel or just go to a local tire shop?
