  1. 2023 Civic Sport Hatch compatible parts

I forgot to mention FL5 shift knob 😄
  2. 2023 Civic Sport Hatch compatible parts

Maybe the examples I saw were aftermarket 🤷 I assumed they were stock FL5 because they were paint matched. Here's one example of a few I saw online:
  3. 2023 Civic Sport Hatch compatible parts

Examples I seen of stock FL5 parts on a FL1/2: wheels with 5x114.3 to 5x120 adapters rear spoiler rear motor mount matte black dash trim hood A guy in Florida put FK8 seats his FL2. Reprogramming the electronics was needed to eliminate dashboard warning lights.
  4. Whiteline 22mm rear sway bar and FK8 CTR front springs installed.

I didn't know springs are interchangeable between Type R and non-R. I see different part numbers for aftermarket springs. Whiteline is the only company that states compatibility.
  5. Acuity shifter - OEM Plus?

Observation I noticed about OEM+: Gen Z (i.e., those with less than 10 years of car modifying experience) conflates OEM+ with clean and simple modifications (OEM and aftermarket). Millenials and older (i.e., 10+ years of car modifying experience) use the classic definition of modification using...
  6. Hardwiring Dash Cam - Which fuses to tap?

I tapped #19 for hot/constant (others used #21 or #32) and #42 for acc. On my 2024 sport hatchback 2.0 manual, both were vacant.
  7. Origins of the GodSpec Wheel Name

I thought the term "Godspec" was an example of Japanese lost-in-translation like: "Pray to god of Bomex I hope your speed over the rival" "All your base are belong to us"
  8. Simple Build

Been 5 months since my last post. No major additions. I painted the mirror covers red. I also added a SpoilerKing upper hatch spoiler, painted white. I recently replaced the faded and cracked front lip with a fresh one (same design). Got a Hawkdown knob, which is a copy of the Battlecraft...
  9. Clear White Edirb Seats by Bride Japan

Great video. I didn't know edirb is a Bride brand. Prior to this video I though edirb was like NRG 😄
  10. My Gear Shifter Evolution

I like the Circuit Hero Type B. Generally I don't like ball-shaped knobs, but the Type B's tapered neck makes it comfortable. The Circuit Hero looks taller, but it is countersunk 15mm. The others are not.
  11. My Gear Shifter Evolution

The Competition Rod, Maxim, and Acuity ESCO were all too fat/thick for for my stubby hands. I had a Spoon knob, but it was too skinny. I feel like Goldilocks. 👧 After I sold most of them, I cycle between Skunk2, Circuit Hero Type B, and HawkDown (BattleCraft copy).
  12. Indiana Boost blue hatch swap (winged for wingless)!

I am reluctant to unbolt the rear hatch after seeing this video (watch from 2:40-3:27) 😬
  13. Acuity Instrument's Short Shifter

Honda See my original post for the implementation of links.
  14. Honda Collection Hall - Cars and Coffee

At first I thought it was a Honda Element meet. Honda officially announced it on FaceBook earlier this month. Their website still shows 2025 dates as of this writing.
  15. Acuity Instrument's Short Shifter

I learned of a 4th shifter option from WK Motorsport. I think it's a Hong Kong company. I learned about this from UpGarage's IG post.
