I had a similar pothole experience.
The wheel survived, but the tire sidewall was pinched between the rim and the tread, just like yours. I only had the mini-spare and the blown tire was the right front.
So, I jacked the car until both right wheels were off the ground, took the right rear off...
My 2025 FL5 isn't on the recall list (12/2024 build).
But, my wife's '24 Civic was. I didn't drive it very often, but when I did, I saw that it was awful.
At first, I called the dealer and was told 'no parts yet'.
I drove it more making sure I tried it on different roads.
On the highway, the...
The ozone statement makes some sense for 10-year-old tires. For yours, it doesn't make much sense.
As suggested, have someone at Michelin or the dealer look at them.
I'm a little surprised that nobody has mentioned tires yet.
Tires are the thing that most determines how your car turns or stops or accelerates.
Learning how to read what the tires are doing and how to change what they're doing will allow you to affect the feel by a lot.
Just looking at your brakes makes we wonder where they've been,
Why are they so rusty? Are your roads heavily salted?
I live in NH, USA, which uses a lot of salt. Even so, mine don't look like that.
The dealer where I paid MSRP for a new FL5 is asking crazy money for the Prelude they have on the floor.
It looks nice, but its not for me, even if they would sell it at MSRP.
If I was as nervous as you seem to be, I'd do as others have suggested and find a new one.
MSRP is not that hard to find. The '26s are starting to show up, so that should help you on leftover '25s.
Good luck.
An old thread, but...
I saw an FL5 today for the first time. It was at Walmart, a 2025 CW.
A 30-ish woman was driving it, but wasn't very interested in talking about it.
Anyway, after three years, I've seen one in the wild.
For rear toe I'd go with zero or very slight toe-in. Your proposed settings look good.
Zero toe is good for the front.
Your camber settings look too upright. I'd go for something like -1.5° everywhere.
At -1°, the grip will be reduced and it won't help much with tire wear.
Too much toe is the...
This happened to me a lot on the FK8. For some reason, not so often on the FL5.
A useful tool for getting the rocks out is a cotter key remover, like this
