The 2023-2026 Type R's are identical. The 2025+ non Type-R Civics have an updated infotainment unit.

I changed my rears at 9k and one pad was almost metal. The wear wasn't as even as I would have liked.

FYI I post this everywhere but my go to is blank rotors and 2020-2021 FK8 rear pads. They fit and cost like 50% less than FL5 pads...

23,000 miles with 2 track days and I still have a little life on the original rear brake pads.
