Right...the TLX-S is probably the better deal for 56k with the SH-AWD but even then a close to 60k price point for 355 HP isn't something to get overly excited about.
Cars are a preference, I don't judge anyone how they spend their money. What one might consider a waste of money might be a...
I'm not excited to see peoples reactions when the price is dropped, thinking that this is going to be an alternative to the CTR. This will have a 50k+ MSRP so all peoples complaints that exist with the CTR should in theory exist on the Integra. "50k puts you in a whole different level" blah...
I will say that my desire to call dealerships and check constantly has faded completely. I still have my deposit as #1 at a smaller dealership so outside of checking the website once a week or the Type R Finder found on this page to see if there is any update, I'm content with just waiting at...
At this point I really hope my allocation doesn't come in until March/April of 2023. No point taking delivery of this vehicle in a New England winter.
First I was upset my dealer wasn't allocated one during this first round, now I'm crossing my fingers that it doesn't come in until...
@AspecR
Is it safe to assume that Type R's will not follow the normal monthly allocation list and will just populate in the system as they become available?
Normal allocation is on the 15th right?
It's really no ones business either how someone spends their money. If an individual chooses a 900/month car payment but has something that makes him happy who cares, let people live their life it's short enough as is.
There's been a lot of financial advise on here but at the end of it people...
Also - is it common that a dealership would be allocated two cars within two months when there are hundreds of others still waiting to get their first?
I understand it's all about past civic sales blah blah blah but seems a little fishy. WTF is your car doing in Honolulu? lol
Yes and no...during the first year of rollout I can't imagine one will sit on the lot for 5k ADM or less, regardless of what people are financing. Sure some that are paying 10-20k ADM will be upset, but those are likely the ones without money troubles anyways.
Yeah it should be a fun car. I've had plenty of "fast" cars so I know my expectations getting a 200 hp 1.5L, lol. That being said, if I do throw a tune on it to get a little more out of it I'm sure that it'll be adequate power for the price.
I have a deposit in on a type R as well, waiting...
just so people are aware, that same interest rate 6 months ago was 2.99 which ends up costing you 3-4k in interest if you finance the entire amount over 72 months.
2% may not seem like a big number but it adds up.
