Saw this pic blown up on another website...blacked out wheels, blacked out mirrors, definitely a Sport trim. Sad to see the fog lights go away though. Makes me wonder if they will be gone from the SI too.
Its obvious that the "Prototype" was based on the Sport possibly the SI.
ANOTHER thing I...
While I do have a CR-V and Accord, I own them for reasons beyond their styling...I travel for work and the CR-V is without question the best compact crossover for my traveling needs...power is decent, room is great for its size, fuel economy is good. I personally found the CX-5 more attractive...
The styling doesn't really bother me..at least from these two pictures...throwback styling to the Accords (and Civics) of the 1990s. I mean Accords and Civics were never really flashy cars back in the 90s..they had clean styling that was conservative...nothing over the top or radical.
I'm...
There is a salesmen over at Vtec.net that pretty much confirmed (In a roundabout way) that the CR-V will be the last one of the bunch to get redesigned. It still sales fairly well. If I remember correctly the current CR-V was actually going to be a 2018 model but Honda decided to push it out...
So the Sport trim keeps the wheel design from the Prototype? Another giveaway that this is the Sport is the lack of a sunroof and the black side mirror caps.
Just under two weeks left and we will know it all!
LOL why not? The Sport sedan and hatchback have basically been an SI without the upgraded engine (sedan) or and features (sedan and hatchback) since it came out. The Hatchback Sport/Sport Touring had the exact same wheels as the SI sedan/coupe pre-mmc and the sedan Sport had the same wheels as...
The Civic hatch in japan has exposed dual exhaust outlets...the Civic Hatchback in the US that was spied a few weeks ago does not. I wonder if the Civic hatch will get the base 2.0 in the US this go round.
The rear with the dual exposed exhaust looks so much better IMO. Honda PLEASE PLEASE...
You are right about that! It would be strange if they dropped the EX-L and took the sunroof from the EX. Its definitely not the Sport...so it probably is the EX. It definitely has fog lights too and the dual exhausts. ON some forum I read that the CIvic has a panoroof in other markets for the...
No doubt about it! I agree with you 100 percent...Yet which one is Honda currently building? A Sport Touring 6MT. Perhaps since the hatchback will be built in NA now, we might be able to get an SI hatch this go round. Honda has been very very vague about rather the SI will be offered in any form...
Also, Honda hasn't said (that I know of) that the hatchback will be offered in SI trim (it should be) but I'd suspect that if the Sport Touring Hatch keeps the stick shift, we won't see a SI hatch...the SI is likely keeping the 1.5t since the Sport still only offers the 2.0L (at least in sedan...
Honda has already said the Hatchback (certain trims) SI and Type R will offer the manual. The sedan will be CVT only (except the SI of course) the document from California that revealed the 2022 Civic's engines only show a CVT.
All of the information on trim levels/colors we are seeing are for...
