Roughly ~ $42800 - $43800, unless Acura increases MSRP across the board for 2023 MY. This won't cannibalize FL5 sales because FL5 production is low.
Take a trip down south with your FL5 and buy (ordered ahead of time) them from any Honda dealer and pocket the difference. CTR hatch can fit four full-size wheels with tires + some luggage.
