What's your experience ben like pushing over 550hp? Do you find yourself constantly dealing with little issues that pop up, or has it been pretty solid overall? My main concern is that the small stuff would make it harder to daily drive and less livable, but if that hasn't been the case, it...
I think this is what i'll eventually end up doing. Just stick with the regular kuro and a proper tune, skip the fuel upgrades for now. Thanks for all the input. I just gotta shoot yall an email to yall to cancel some of my preorders though :(
Hi all,
I currently have an upgraded intercooler, inlet, downpipe, exhaust, and a Stage 2 Phearable tune. I’ve also got a Kuro+, Hondata flex fuel kit, and Hondata injectors on the way.
Out of curiosity—would it be possible to limit the HP to the low 400s instead of pushing everything to the...
So I had a front and rear dash cam installed recently and I noticed the passenger rear turn signal is out and the front passenger turn signal is hyper blinking.
not sure if this is all related to the dash install, or if the bulb just went out. I’m currently waiting on a new bulb to see if that...
I think it really varies between people.. mine vibrated and wasn’t tight fitting. I DIY’d it and it’s extremely tight now. No vibrations at any rpm, but it was a pain to get done. Basically had to cut the top 1/2” of the top of the original mirror base and put it on the new mirror. But happy with it
Josh is great. Can't recommend him enough. Was super accommodating to my work schedule and let me pick something up afterhours. Prices are competitive also.
Thanks Josh.
I was looking at the awe exhaust as my first option, but ended up going with a remark dual tip. The quality over the awe is night and day, and drone is very minimal. Here’s a close up of the welds. It’s similarly priced to the awe and just so much better
There’s a button that is on one of the interior trim panels near the fuse box, but I have no idea what it’s for. Anyone have this as well? I’ve pressed the button but can figure out what it does.
I have a varis carbon fiber front lip on the way, but conflicted if i should paint match to CBP or leave it as is. No other carbon parts on the car. What do yall think?
sorry to hear that. I tried driving around with just the mirror without all the harnesses installed, and the vibration in the mirror (especially with the new exhaust) is too much for my liking. I'm planning on cutting off the baseplate of the civic mirror, grinding down the accord baseplate, and...
Might be overkill but I ordered a used FL5 mirror and will be chopping off the top and welding it to the accord mirror for a perfect fit. Swapping the metal plates won’t work because the prongs that attach to the stem have a different diameter and height. Will update with results.
A little dirty but here it is. The armrest isn’t a 100% match and I might send it in to get wrapped also. The quality on the center console is much better:
