Took these a few days ago. Guess I didn't take a picture of the hole buti circled the part that goes in the hole. And then you can see how the cai doesn't have that part on it.

Since we're on the subject of the hvi intake and iats, I have a question for PRL. The front of the hvi is molded like y'all 3d scanned the stock ducting which is cool. But the stock plugs a hole that could possibly let hot air from the radiator into the PRL HVI. Did you guys do testing that...
Full exhaust will only net you at most 10hp according to hondata. But the benefits of a full 3" exhaust is less back pressure switch means the turbo doesnt have to work as hard and can spool easier/quicker.
PRL made one for the FK8. It's been discontinued I believe. I can't say if the tsp is the most liked but I do have one on order. I like it bc it doesn't cause a cel so I can just install and go.
I would think that since the tsp catted downpipe goes to a 5" section for the cat that the flow would be very close or equal to a 3" straight noncatted downpipe. And it has the benefit of a no tune no cel straight bolt on. There's a video of one shop that Dyno tested a no cat DP and it made this...
