Is it attatched with springs or safety wire? It should not be touching either way. Maybe press it down while it's cool or Tell your installer and have them tighten it up.
I should have a bracket solution for you soon too. I'm about to drill them now. But I might need to take them to work tomorrow as I don't have the plethora of tools at my house like I do at the shop.
That's pretty much where I was. I started to wait on the rv6. But decided to go with the Wagner. I believe they knew what they were doing and it's their competition line. So hopefully they tested how it affects the radiator.
To be fair it is also relatively thin. It's probably going to be the most efficient intercooler for charge air temps with less pressure drop than the stock intercooler, and it's not bar and plate so it's not blocking all of the air bc of the tube and fin design. It is in front of most of the...
One thing I can say is if you want one wait on it bc they still haven't updated the brackets for the US crash bar. Unless you want to fab up your own brackets.
Welcome. I'm new too. Just got my'25 cw CTR Dec 16th. That first 600 miles was brutal. Someone told me 4k rpm max for the break in period. Now I see that isn't in there. I think it was someone at the dealership. Should've known better to listen to them. But I drive it everywhere for like 5 days...
I'm also curious about the duty cycle. Are 1550's big enough or would a set of 2000's be better. Also I'm curious to see how long that clutch lasts. Any signs of slipping while on the Dyno?
I didn't like my stock collar. It was too tight. It was tough but I got it off once. The second time I tried to take it off and it wasn't budging. So I Did the acuity shift knob collar with the Red accessories knob. I didn't like how it bunched up either so I did the hybrid racing white chicane...
@Two Step Performance from the picture on RV6's site the AS turbo has even more lag than the earlier rv6 turbo. Have y'all noticed a big difference between the two? I was set on the rv6 and didn't realize there were two different ones until recently. Butt I think the kuro+ is the sweet spot now.
How is the stock clutch dealing with all of this power? Still going strong? What do you think is the limit of the stock clutch? Thinking about a turbo upgrade but I like the stock clutch feel so I don't want to have to upgrade to a stiffer one. Thanks.
BNIB MDR charge pipes for sale $105 shipped, $100 picked up. I'm located in the STL area 25 mins from the airport on the Illinois side.
These charge pipes look and feel amazing especially compared to the stock radiator type hoses the factory uses. I was really stoked about using these but the...
Lol. I have a lot of parts to install. May not start until tomorrow or Saturday. I'm waiting on some other things to come in so you'll prolly beat me. I will try to do an install video though.
