I've done a fair amount of research (Forums, blogs, articles, YouTube - Like a professional) and while I hear a lot about the Apex*I exhaust systems, and I'm pretty aware of the Borla Atak systems, I don't feel inclined to get one - Not that I wouldn't, I'm just not "sold" yet. Does anyone know...
I'm not necessarily "in the market for" a new suspension, but I know I will be eventually and I came across this set of Active Coilovers. I haven't heard much about them, and I'm curious if anyone else has any experience with them, or knowledge about them. Are they decent? I'm not tracking my...
I got lucky that the dealer didn't drill the holes for the front plate to even get mounted. So while our state DOES have a law requiring front plates, I can use a loophole.
I wish my phone would fit in the wireless charging dock space. But it's a behemoth! I think this small problem is going to factor into my next phone purchase for SURE! I don't really want my phone "up" like that, although that's a filthy holder. If I was planning on keeping this thing I'd get it...
I know that Rairdon's Honda of Sumner (Washington) is $8000. That's what I payed.
Honda of Bellevue (Washington) is $25000. That's what I WASN'T going to pay.
There's a local shop that has a set of the ExtremeContacts in stock, but that would mean I need to get a set of wheels to go on the tires. It's crazy that there's not more options out there for tires that fit the OEM wheels.
Now that you mention it, holy shit yeah they do! I was wondering why a flock of flies was swarming my bride in the driveway the other day. I thought it strange. I don't keep food in the car. It's not a mound of dookie like my focus (se) was. So I was very confused. But you are absolutely correct.
That's the upside of doing a full wheel/tire replacement is you can just keep the summer tires stored away, and then swap them over when the seasons change back. I know Les Schwab has that as an add on option and will do your swap for free come the summer. I'll probably just get all seasons as...
That's what I'm noticing, is that for the stock wheel size it's like trying to find a needle in a hay farm. I didn't really want to sacrifice tire size, but it sounds like going down in wheel size might not be a bad idea. Especially for the wet months. I feel silly going to the car wash in the...
I wish I had that luxury, but atm it's my only vehicle so I get the pleasure of driving it to work every day. Luckily I only work 5 miles away so it's not a large amount. Any miles this baby gets on it is on my off time if I'm bored.
Well, we're never guaranteed to get snow so I'd feel dumb if I got dedicated tires and then it never snowed. I really just want a set that is going to have superior rain traction, and then also be dependable in like dustings or for when it DOES get to freezing.
I so heavily debated for months:
"Do I get an Evo X, a GRC, a CTR, or an STI??" and my thoughts were driving me crazy!! I couldn't find a dealer with any of the other's and I got a chance to test drive an FK8 CTR, and I was hooked immediately! The only downside was the price was the same as...
I've only had my CTR for a little under a week, and I've been rolled up on by an STI, an Audi and awkwardly an Accord. Only one I bit for though was the STI because that was the other car I considered - Glad I chose the CTR. The guy ended up behind me for the better part of 40 miles.
How's everyone doing? Just purchased my first Type-R and it just so happens to be transitioning into the winter months up here in the PNW. I don't want to ruin the summer tires that came with the vehicle and I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a good set of winter shoes I can put...
$53k. I got the tech package and the all weather floor mats, plus championship white paint, I got the service plan, and the extended warranty. Picked it up from the dealer on 11/08/24 with only 5 miles on the clock.
