Oof, I was originally going to order some parts overseas in an attempt to save ~$100 but it looks like it will be a wash and possibly even worse with the tariffs/duties.
Follow the suggestions that @Superhatch provided and check your fuses.
I'll be the third person to ask: Did you disconnect the battery prior to installation?
The ECU didn't "go bad" on its own and the jailbreak has nothing to do with it. Electrical gremlins are the worst to troubleshoot.
The Hondata instructions should be sufficient. You're basically putting the CANFlex sensor in-line of the fuel system near the firewall and using your routing method of choice to get the sensor cabling into the footwell. I chose to use the firewall grommet behind the battery and the connector...
I'm not sure if this is still an issue but some people were experiencing glitching/visual artifacts and lag when using CarPlay that was resolved by disabling the navigation application while in developer mode.
@Superhatch do you plan on using the stock shifter boot? Also, are there any easily-accessible adjustments with the console on (but shifter boot off), or do you have to teardown the middle console every time?
I don't think I fully understand this. If you're pulling straight down from 3rd and not pushing against any of the shift centering springs, it should only be able to go into 4th. If your palm is facing towards you (to the left) and you pulled back and went into 2nd, then you inadvertently pulled...
