Yeah, I donāt think itās going to be next spring before they hit the roadā¦
ā¦and keep in mind, Canada and the US already seem to be very different, so what heās hearing could be right for Canada.
This is what Iāve been saying man, I feel like Iām an old man, because itās like nobody remembers that before the FK2, they were always very mildly styled. Those 2 cars are beautiful.
Then why does Canada know everything about their allotments and the US doesnāt ?.
But in all seriousness, when do Canadian dealers actually get the VINs for their incoming allotments?
Btw, Iām not suggesting the FL5 Type R, just be a hatchback sport with a spoiler and wheelsā¦I think the widened body, spoiler, air curtain vents, hood scoop are all awesome. I just the the FK8 pushed a bit too far.
The original NSX-R, Civic Type R, and Integra Type R, were all rather understated cars, designed to be a more hardcore track ready variant, but definitely very mild in terms of exterior styling. Simply go back and look at any of them⦠beyond a taller spoiler, custom wheels, and a couple Type R...
I hope the gauge cluster comes with some unique configuration. I have a feeling it will basically be exactly the same as the sport, but with red accents, but I think itād be cool if they did an s2000 bar tach in R+ mode or something unique like that.
I canāt imagine them going much higher than $45k USD, the Golf R resides around $44k, and thatās a 315hp/AWD hatch. I still think $40k-$45k will most likely be the MSRP.
