Agreed, the Civic hatchback will be out before the ILX replacement so it gives you time to decide on it. As you can see what brand vehicle I have... I really want to join the Acura/Honda group. I love the TLX a lot. I’m pumped for all the products.
Yeah not a fan of the taillights on the Sedan. Personally I like hatchback styles more and that’s why I’m looking forward to the hatch more. Also another thing is that like I’ve mentioned in the past, Acura is supposedly using the Civic Hatchback chassis as it’s the more sport oriented of the...
I too am looking more forward to the Civic Hatchback. Now that we have officially US spec photos I believe we could be seeing the reveal happening within a week or two.

Personally from the only spy photos we ever got of the Type-R I think it’s going to look so much cleaner then the 10th Gen. I honestly can’t wait to see the 11th Gen hatch in person.
Type R for now will not have AWD. Everyone wishes that but it just won’t happen. The Type R is the greatest FWD performance model on the road.
Now the Acura ILX replacement Type-S will have AWD. It’s supposed to be getting a version of the 2.0T the new Type-R will have. More then likely both...
I feel like when we see the Chinese spec ones it’s always the base model so don’t write it off just yet. The Si one will of course be the best looking for the Sedan.
I just realized that every time the Euro Spec Civic hatchback has been spotted it has been spotted with clear tail lights. If we look at the US and Japan spec ones they have the red tail lights. I hope that those clear ones are in the US market because it would look great.
It is a dying breed because the pic rate of Manual’s are low and this 11th Gen will more then likely be the last to have manual transmission. Even then, it might not even be long where only the Si and Type-R would have it mid cycle. Also you have people online that say they want a manual in a...
I don’t think it will. The Type-S is supposed to be in some type of way the same engine as the Type-R. So the Type-R will only be Manual and the Type-S a reinforced 10 Speed Auto. It makes sense in the Acura line up but who knows they could surprise us.
I to am also interested in the ILX replacement. There is a Type-S model coming of it as it’s been confirmed already that all models will get a Type-S variant. I’m really pumped for it.
Yes I have noticed that it does have some type of swoop to the back that makes it look like a coupe but still...
