@Ministry not trying to make trouble or sour things for you, I think we all just want to see you treated right here. The sales manager's response is telling though, so you've definitely got some leverage as long as you didn't sign the original wheels away. Please follow up with us, we're...
  2. 2022 Si upgraded to 2023 Type R -- owner comparison review

@AspecR @tuhroo , any follow up on this one? I hate to lead the charge, but if you haven't already, it might be time for some one-star reviews

@Ministry , might be worthwhile to escalate to Honda corporate; some dealers on here might be willing to help point you the right way
  4. 2023 Honda Civic Type R Dyno Results - Hondata FL5

Do you think that'll really happen with a compression ratio of 9.8:1? Honda's official manual does say regular is ok I vaguely remember some discussion around the fact that our octane measurements are different, so your 98 is like our 91 or something

The goal here was to anonymize it if you didn't want...
  10. Backup plans - what's yours?

Anyone looking at the V6 G70? I'd be into it except for the fact that Genesis promised 100% electric by 2025. My thinking is, why would I buy a car with an engine that won't be actively produced 3 years from now?
  11. What did you pay for your FL5?

It's basically the change I saw in the housing market 6 months ago
  12. 2023 Honda Civic Type R Dyno Results - Hondata FL5

Given the octane discussion, and the Honda news page that says premium is preferred, I wonder what that curve looks like with 87 ?

  14. 2022 Si upgraded to 2023 Type R -- owner comparison review

Even the wheels? Because that's pretty messed up if they didn't hand those over

  17. 2022 Si upgraded to 2023 Type R -- owner comparison review

It's ironic to me that the FK8 looks more bonkers, but, in comfort mode, may offer a better ride than the FL5
  18. 2023 Civic Type R Waitlist / Deposit / Reservations List - Check in here!

The factory high wall floor mat option looks good, too
  19. What did you pay for your FL5?

Totally. I would"settle" for a BRZ, Si, or Elantra N at MSRP, but if I'm spending more, I'd definitely want something that I WANT. True settling for me would be a base manual civic
