  1. Idaho FOR SALE Parts and Accessories LOOK

Pm'd for the OBDII lock and Dream Covers.
  2. AEM dryflow filter for PRL HVI intake

Thanks for the advice! However, embarrassed to say reading fuel trims and monitoring data via a scanner is new to me. I can tear an engine apart and rebuild, not an issue, but never really learnt the software side. Before I go to YouTube University, any pointers to look for? I have a physical...
  3. AEM dryflow filter for PRL HVI intake

The AEM Dryflow does a good job IMO. I took the inlet and intake tubes apart again to inspect for maybe a crack or boost leak (still getting this random P0101 CEL) and it's still clean inside. Highly recommend upgrading from the PRL filter. I have an extra AEM Dryflow to sell if anybody wants...
  4. What did you do to your FL5 today?

Thanks! They are Advan RSIII's in 18x9.5 +45, lowered on Swift Springs along with the ITS ADS module. I wasn't happy with how the rear is a tad sunken in compared to the front, so I added 5mm spacers this past weekend. Looks a lot better, l'll update once I get some new pics. That's great...
  5. What did you do to your FL5 today?

Yea, I agree. This was before I put on 5mm spacers on this past weekend.
  6. What did you do to your FL5 today?

For the guys with the Acuity Shifter, is there suppose to be grease in the large silver colored center bearing? There is visible grease in the left smaller purple colored bearing. I noticed the large bearing isn't very smooth in movement, and the shifter doesn't exactly center itself when going...
  7. California Ebay Carbon Wing OEM Carbon Style

Nice to meet you too! Super cool fellow Vet 🫡. I'll make good use of the wing until I decide to part with one of my kidneys for the Adro or Voltex wing.
  8. Leather shift knob install

You have the option of running the oem boot or can leave it out. I chose to use the boot, but am open to the idea of leaving it open for racecar feel. @chuck76, what plate is that in place of the boot? It looks good 👍
  9. The northeast and winter - SMH

Geez, that is a lot of snow you guys are dealing with. It's crazy how opposite the weather is compared to here in Southern California. It was 88 degrees today and I had my AC on.
  10. Official CHAMPIONSHIP WHITE FL5 Type R Photos Thread

Sick FL5's. What the story on the the missing bumper on the BB and the cop? Hopefully you guys didn't get reffed... Sorry I don't have IG..
  11. AWE Touring - 2 Months Old - Cracked

Thank you for replying and answering my question. 👍 I wasn't trying to be an @$$, just curious about your welds. The exhaust market is competitive and some of us do care how our exhaust looks even if it's under the car.
  12. AWE Touring - 2 Months Old - Cracked

Yea, he didn't acknowledge my post and replied to the post after mine. I'm don't know much about welding but AWE's welding looks very cheap. With failures splitting at the seam, my guess is it probably is. Christian, I hope you will prove me wrong, and teach us a thing or two on why you guys...
  13. AWE Touring - 2 Months Old - Cracked

Christian, I'm glad you're active on the forums. I hope you can answer this question that I have been wondering for awhile. With a company of your size, what is the reason you guys don't invest in better welding (hopefully prettier too) ? I saw one video where one of your representatives said...
  14. 3W Floor Mats Giveaway | What maintenance have you done for your Civic this month?

Another SoCal owner here, all the choices except cleaning snow. I even clean behind the door bottom weather seals. The door water drains are behind this seal and dust/dirt loves to buildup in this area. Bad spot for a drain IMO.
  15. Those who've had windshields replaced - help me rate this job

I had my windshield replaced at the dealer, and frankly was surprised a 3rd party was doing doing the install. Some guys in an old beat up '90s era Toyota truck that do replacement glass, with their business and their phone number on the side. At 1st I was uncomfortable with them touching my...
  16. AEM dryflow filter for PRL HVI intake

Happy to report I didn't see a layer of fine dust inside the HVI and Inlet tubings when I took apart the tubings to inspect and install the TSP coupler today. This is after running the AEM Dryflow for a year. I swapped it to the AEM Dryflow because I did find a layer of fine dust inside when I...
  17. AEM dryflow filter for PRL HVI intake

Sorry, I haven't had a chance to work on the car due to the Holidays and New Year. This weekend looks promising though. I did pop a code P0101 twice recently. Reset and came back on the 2nd drive after reset. Scanner says it's a MAF sensor performance issue, so I'll be checking what that is...
  18. Chilly's 2025 FL5 Civic Type R Build

Your FL5 is really coming along nicely! I have the Acuity shifter and Shift Linkage Bushings waiting to be installed one of these weekends. Can't wait, felt the Acuity Shifter on a 11th Gen and I was sold. What made you go with Hybrid Racing cable bushings VS Acuity? How are the pads? I'm...
