  1. Remark SS vs. Ti

I agree with you on all your points. I would definitely be doing a motor mount at the same time I would install the exhaust
  2. Remark SS vs. Ti

I love this! So clean and the tips match the BB color!
  3. Delivery Drive—Paint Protection

I agree. I am going to cover behind the front and rear tire rockers
  4. Delivery Drive—Paint Protection

Thank you. That product looks great. Since it’s an Xpel product I’m going to see if my PPF/Tint guy has some stuff I could grab from him since he is an Xpel installer. Given timing, I may go the painters tape route
  5. Remark SS vs. Ti

Where did you get it for that price? Can you DM me?
  6. FL5 Transmission Fluid recommendation

For your '24 CTR, what trans fluid are you going with? I think I'm going to go the Amsoil route. Severe Gear 75W-90. I have plenty of that on hand. Either that or perhaps the Redline MTL
  7. Delivery Drive—Paint Protection

It is highway miles. Its not ideal
  8. Remark SS vs. Ti

Would love to hear vid clips and or pics on your car. There are some out there, but not many. I'm leaning towards the SS version due to cost, but would love the Ti version and glad they decided to go with the updated SS front pipe. Out of all the exhausts I've heard, the Remark is the best...
  9. Jester’s Hondata thread

Hopefully I'll be able to make it to the Orlando Jailbreak event. In any event, looking forward to working with Javier on a tune for my new FL5 (picking up tomorrow!).
  10. Delivery Drive—Paint Protection

Thank you! I agree about just driving the car. I think what I'm going to do is just pick up the car and put the miles on it without any protection until I get back home. I'll have a PPF appointment shortly next week and do the critical areas.
  11. Delivery Drive—Paint Protection

I'm going to get the front PPFd, but want to protect for the drive home, which is about 400 miles.
  12. Delivery Drive—Paint Protection

There isn’t a general thread, so I’m posting here. I take delivery of my CW car tomorrow!! I’m flying out of state and driving the car back home, which is about a 6 hr trip. Outside of PPF, what can I do to protect the front end against rock chips for the drive back? I do plan on getting...
  13. KW suspension vs Ohlis vs Fortune Auto 510

Never ran Ohlins or Fortune, but I have run KW V3s on my STi years ago....they were excellent! Another option for the FL5 CTR: AST (made by Moton). https://dotekiautosolutions.com/products/ast-true-coilover-system
  14. FL5 Transmission Fluid recommendation

Gotcha, that's what I thought. So the HD 75W90 gear oil used usually in differentials? I use and love that stuff. I found either this: https://www.amsoil.com/p/amsoil-75w-90-manual-transmission-transaxle-gear-lube-mtg/ or this...
  15. FL5 Transmission Fluid recommendation

I was going to go with Amsoil MTF as well, being a long time Amsoil user, but noticed that the weight is way off from the recommended 75w-90. Did you switch to the Amsoil MTF on your FL5?
  16. Remark SS vs. Ti

You make good points. I'm leaning towards the SS due to cost.
  17. Remark SS vs. Ti

I've decided that the Remark exhaust with front pipe is the sound I'm looking for. I know there is a weight savings by going with the Ti system, but from the videos, the sound is different. Or atleast to me watching sound clips and videos. Has anyone heard both of these systems in person to...
  18. Raybestos ST43 or ST45 for track pads

I realize that the FL5 CTR Brembos use the same brake pad as the Evo and STi brembos: https://www.lpiracing.com/store/pc/Raybestos-ST43-Racing-Brake-Pads-OE-Brembo-Mustang-EVO-STI-R-1001-761p268032.htm I'm wondering if anyone has ever used Raybestos ST43 or ST45 in their FK8 or FL5 for track...
