  1. FK8 vs FL5 interchangeable brake pads?

Pads only ? also they said they wouldn’t change the pads unless I agreed to replace my rotors, my car just broke 10k miles last month, I believe the full quoted service if I did it with them was close to two G’s lol I inquired out of curiousity since I was there for basic service, I’m cool with...
  2. FK8 vs FL5 interchangeable brake pads?

Hello guys! Went to the dealership yesterday and they quoted me $450 dollars for a set of front brake pads, went online and saw these Akeabonos for the FK8 type R available at a more decent cost, don’t feel like giving the dealership their markup on their parts. Anyone if this would work...

Thank you! Appreciate it. The car looks great in its stock setup but lowering it definitely gives it a bit of an edge.

I've yet to see the ITS bronze wheels in person, from videos and pics it definitely looks lighter than the color I went with. I don't think it would necessarily look bad, it would depend on the look you are goin for, for me the dark bronze was my vison for how I wanted the wheels to look.

  11. Powder coated FL5 OEM Wheels Bronze

For me the OEM look is excellent, personally the wheels I would like to splurge on in the future are going to be the 19” spoon wheels. Aside from that I rather allocate the 3k+ into other parts for the car, my biggest hesitation was ensuring they got the color right, they gave me a good sense of...

I was on the same boat, but I really like the OEM wheel design. My biggest concern was ensuring they got the color right and after talking a bit the guy knew exactly what I was looking for. Don’t know the brand of powder, but the color is Chrome Bronze with a Satin Finish.

It was 800 bucks! They took care of the powder coat as well as fixed two bent wheels.
  15. Powder coated FL5 OEM Wheels Bronze

I actually asked for them not to be paint matched, took it out of the playbook of Acura with their ITS bronze wheels. They told me I could bring it back to get done after if I wanted too since it was part of the price. I’ll see if it grows on me or it bothers me ?? Appreciate the love
