  1. The FL5 Dealer ADM Markup Thread

You would think a "family dealer" wouldn't be so interested in ass-pillaging their customers.
  2. FL5 Civic Type R on White Wheels (Put Pictures Here)

When the FL5 first came out, I didnt' think it looked very good. I have no idea wtf I was thinking. That's beautiful. I only wish they had color-matched the spoiler. Other than that, the car is perfect IMO. Always loved white Hondas but I think BB may have it beat out as well
  3. The FL5 Dealer ADM Markup Thread

Probably the same dingus that messaged me about an allocation and wanting a 1k finder's fee. Glad to see he's at least lowering his fee ? Just reaching out to dealers casually I have found several that would accept at MSRP +5k. Even the ones asking 10k will probably bend if you show up in person...
  4. Nevada OEM Factory JDM Alcantara Shift Boot (New) - RESTOCKED

You can google that part # and find it for sale cheaper elsewhere. Nice of OP to block out that number to prevent other people from doing the same thing he did, though. 83443-T60-J21ZA
  5. 2023 Civic Type R Waitlist / Deposit / Reservations List - Check in here!

Have had 4 dealers this week messaging me asking if I have reconsidered their 15-20k ADMs. They all told me weeks ago that their car would sell ASAP if I didn't jump on it. Love to see them sitting there. Hold strong, people!
  6. New Owner Observation / Stories

I just read all 14 pages and fuck me do I want this car. Naturally, not a single dealer remotely near me will accept a deposit to reserve one and the only ones available have 15-20k markups ?
  7. The FL5 Dealer ADM Markup Thread

I keep seeing people referencing MSRP dealers but no one ever actually specifies which ones... which dealers are committed to MSRP (even for out of state buyers)? I'm willing to wait a few years to pick up a CTR, which would probably be preferable for me rather than getting one now.
  8. The FL5 Dealer ADM Markup Thread

I could use some advice. I feel like all logic has escaped me when it comes to wanting to acquire a CTR. A local dealer is selling them for 5k over MSRP (local residents only). I would be 2nd in line and they think they'll get about 1 a year, so I'm looking at a 2 year wait, which I'm okay...
  9. Sold '20 SI after 1 year of ownership - '22 SI worth the leap or will it leave me similarly disappointed?

This is where I'm at as well. At MSRP, this car is a stretch. I do not think this is a 28k+ car, but given the market, it is what it is. Above MSRP is a joke. This is a Civic, and it may be a great Civic, but it's a Civic. One dealer that has their car listed for 38k (still available 3 weeks...
  10. Sold '20 SI after 1 year of ownership - '22 SI worth the leap or will it leave me similarly disappointed?

I don't even know why I made this thread. Even if the SI is the most spectacular car in the world, this is the shit I keep getting from dealers who are literally advertising their cars at MSRP: Honestly, fuck these dealers. 42k + tax!? I'm legitimately insulted they would think I would be...
  11. Sold '20 SI after 1 year of ownership - '22 SI worth the leap or will it leave me similarly disappointed?

Hi all, I'm in a bit of a quandary. I have been a die-hard SI fan for going on 20 years now. I regretted selling my 07 SI for the longest time, and last year purchased a 2020 Civic SI to fall back in love with these cars. Except, that isn't what happened. The 10th gen SI is a great civic...
