LMAO totally in the exact same boat, I have 0 leverage.
Started considering both exact vehicles you're looking at. If I can't get a practical vehicle im going complete opposite hahaha.
The only thing that minutely concerns me about the GBRZ86 is the RTV oil pickup issues, but at the same time...
Yeah fuck, seems like such a lose/lose situation ?. On one hand YOLO, but on the other hand I feel like the Lube is necessary, can't give in to the FOMO.
@Raizzelle @POPNTEC
Curious what your approach would be I've been running through scenarios myself and my thought process is that, any push back, and they can just find another buyer.
I feel like it wouldn't be very hard for them to say no since there's probably a line out the door waiting for...
Absolutely, they're also cheap as hell for AWD manual!
Also one of the biggest issues i have with the new ones is that damn ipad, mostly because its huge AF, but also why did they mount it in Portrait?! lmao, but mostly cause its YUGE and an eyesore.
It's crazy how boring the WRX was to daily, there was never any sensation of speed, numb steering, dull shifter, I mean it was fun in the snow that's about it.
If the Audi S3 was still available in a manual sportback I might have been sold on that.
It's crazy how many dealerships are...
The VA CVT is actually quite good but boring, also the torque drops way off im the higher RPMS, but my 2017 VA manual always felt like shifting through sand LMAO, it was "ok" but muddy at best.
The VB looks pretty good with all the cladding body coloured, but that ugly rear end cant be fixed...
One of the few that you can actually test drive prior to purchase. Its so unfortunate that nowadays most vehicles require buyers to purchase without testing. How was the WRX? Did you get to test a manual, how was the shift feel if you did? Bought a 2015 WRX without testing, which was the...
Oh, I meant on the road, Ive seen FL5s at dealerships, but havent seen any owners actually on the road lol.
Jealous! I wish I could do the same, had to switch to an auto for family/lifestyle sake, just itchin' to get back into a manual lol.
Its funny I havent actually seen an FL5 on the road at all this year, but the ITS comes out and they're all over the road lol. Spotted one southbound on Mccowan south of Hwy7, probably coming from Markham Acura, it was immediately recognizable on the road. The same day I spotted a Nissan Z on...
Ah cool, I just thought they were trying to sell it under the table or something sketchy lol. Saw the roadsport and scarsview ones, at least the scarsview only has like 145kms on it, but damn its crazy that people are getting antsy and pulling the trigger at $80k+ "used".
Yeah im totally just speculating based on other peoples experiences. I just dont remember anyone, at least in this Canadian group, ever mentioning they got a VIN. Which to me is absolutely ridiculous, every other car buying experience I've had, I've been given a VIN when the car went into build.
Somehow I have a feeling that process isnt being adhered to in Canada. Seems like no Canadians have received VINs in advance, it sounds more like they get a call that the car is in Canada or has shown up at the dealership.
Hells yea, I was at my parents house recently and unearthed a ton of my old PASMAGS ans ImportTuners lol. Dannie was def FINE, there were so many back then lol.
Its crazy how the scene has changed so much, at least in Toronto, its almost non existent. Do they even still so Darknights at the...
