No. I could honestly have as much fun going through a nice set of twisties in a Chevy Sonic. What is fun is riding the limits of the car you're in. When you increase the limits of the car it actually gets less fun or at least diminishing returns. Slow car fast as they say.

Once air is moving off idle it is not affected by the temperature of the pipe. You won't notice a decrease in IAT by changing or wrapping your intake. Cooling it between the turbo and engine will be a better investment of your time.

To me it seems like the door striker/catch needs to be adjusted in to pull the door slightly closer/tighter to the body when it closes. I don't think the door frame is sealing tightly due to simple poor adjustment from the factory.
Manufacturers are using steady state power ratings where they hold the RPM, take the measurement and move to another data point then form a curve based on these steady state points.
Using a dyno at a shop is a sweeping pull across the RPM range and on turbo cars always reports higher figures...
