Just got an update from the dealership, and @mbaapk was right! Turns out there was too much water in the gas. They suspect this was causing the latest codes, especially the cylinder 1 & 4 misfires. They're going to drain and re-fill.

Unfortunately, no update. The car has been at the dealership (First Texas Honda) since the 13th, and they still weren't sure what was the throwing the codes as of 2 days ago. I'll be sure to post updates here once they (hopefully) figure it out.

The issue came back, same code P0507. Used MAF sensor cleaner, and cleared code yesterday. Now today it's throwing several codes: P0461 - fuel level sensor circuit range/performance P0300 - random/multiple cylinder misfire detected P0304 - cylinder 4 misfire detected P0301 - cylinder 1...

I decided not to go the front pipe route. I'm working with a muffler shop to pick out replacement tips (replacing the stock tips) and removing the other, smaller resonator next.

My son cleaned the MAF sensor, and that seemed to resolve the issue. No more code or high RPMs while idling, and pops are back now in +R mode. Thanks, @pigfacedalarm.

@Hondata This is awesome! I know people were asking for this, so thank you for providing it! Question - if you're in Individual mode, do the Pops & Bangs checkboxes for the different modes apply to the chosen Engine setting under Individual mode?

I only recently had the "location jumping around" issue like you said. It eventually picked up the correct location after a few minutes, though. I agree with what @blayed said... Waze gets messed up very frequently in Carplay (pixelation, messed up colors, etc) on the Civic. I prefer Waze...
