I think you should hang onto the downpipe. Those are very expensive new, and it could be a good thing to include if you sell the car with many states getting stricter on emissions tampering laws.

I guess that depends on the dyno. From what I've mostly seen on lots of dynos, 350 whp is achievable with just a tune alone (on 93 octane). Adding some ethanol mix should improve that quite a bit. I don't think you'll see really any difference with an exhaust or intake unless running a bigger...
