The Hondata 91 base map definitely does not run lean, it runs rich if anything. The 93 map is leaner for sure but not unsafe in any way, in fact it is much closer to the target AFR you would see on one of the better OTS tunes or even custom tune. If you are worried about it, just run the 91 map...

The fuel pump issue was with the Hondata 91 OTS map that someone asked me a question about, not the TSP Stage 1 tune. The TSP tune had no fueling or other issues at all for me other than an unacceptable level of knock retard since all I have access to is 91 octane fuel at the moment.

Couldn't tell ya to be honest. I'm not sure if it's intentional or more just a normal momentary reaction to the sudden changes. Also, with the Hondata tune the commanded fuel pressure is only 2,600psi vs 2,900psi on the factory settings so that's probably part of why the duty cycle goes so high...
