I've had two windshields replaced through USAA, one on my Golf R and one on my Mach-E both required recalibration. I paid my deductible and USAA covered the rest. I did go through Safelite though and requested OEM glass through them.
Edit: Glad they were able to resolve this for you
Decided to head a different direction since I want to go lower, I am looking to switch up to RSR Coils so will no longer need the DSC.
This Module is a game changer and really makes the CTR a more livable daily without sacrificing CTR OEM Handling. All Modes are drivable on a daily, no I'm not...
Luckily I received a response from @phearable. Update Firmware and reload tune to the FL5. There is no new tune file required. It would be nice however to receive more information from Hondata on what was improved on the CANFLEX software.

Keep us updated on the tire setup. I’ve got the same wheel specs and was hesitant to go with a 265/35 because of possible rubbing. I’m on Eibach Pro Kit with the front pins pulled.
I think what he was referring to was that if I wanted to run 91 for a couple of thanks, I could go back to my Stage 2 91 Tune. But are correct that the CANFLEX doesn’t need the tube to be changed, my question was if you just keep the tune without changing does the sensor/computer/software...
