Hello all 👋🏽 wanted to share my experience with the 2024 Civic Sport since I’ve just crossed the 30k mileage mark.

Key Points/TLDR:
- Purchased New March 5th, 2024 with 3 miles
- Issues
- Future Maintenace Plan
- Aftermarket Parts
- What’s next?

My experience with this car has been exactly what I expected. Reliable, gas saver and not a money pit. Coming from owning trucks, this car has only helped me SAVE money while satisfying my love for customizing, doing basic self maintenance, and keeping a stylish ride to work and back.

Since owning the car I’ve met with local enthusiasts and founded our Houston Car Club - Xi Society. We go to meets, cruises and assist eachother with installs. We’ve built a community of about 23 people who all share love for these cars and give feedback on our own experiences with the 11th Gen.

The only issue I currently have is the passenger window going back down when I want it to go up (any assistance on this is greatly appreciated) and my rear driver side door has the water build up in the seal although I’ve only experienced this 1 time so far (recently). I do wish I had a little more power to have fun but I guess that’s where the gas saving part comes in.

For aftermarket parts I’ve purchased from multiple vendors that include Aerolution, Ikon Motorsports and LASFIT (one of my personal favorites). My first purchase from LASFiT was the All Season Floor Mats which fit perfectly 👌🏽 Followed by that was the LED Rear Bulb kit that included an Upgraded Trunk Light. I enjoy the OEM+ look as many know and the LED upgrades they give are highly underrated for a great price.

See below for my current list of aftermarket parts:
In order of install-

- Front Bumper Guard
- LASFit All season Floor Mats
- RS Front lip
- Trunk Lip
- Rear Windshield Lip
- Headlight Reflector Delete
- Leather Center Console Cover
- Upper Grille from Ikonic Motorsport
- Lower Grille from Aerolution
- Fog Lights
-Custom “H” Emblems by Hypnotic_Design on IG
-LASFit LED turn signal, reverse lights and Trunk Light
-HPD Replica Skirts
-Tail Light Wrap
-LED/Sequential rear Reflectors
-D2 Drop Springs

Future maintenance will be interesting but I’m sure I’ll learn on the way. I follow the manual and would love to have this car for a very long time. I really don’t want to mess with the engine too much given it’s a CVT but we’ll see.

Please let me know if you have any questions regarding links to parts, experiences or feel free to follow us on IG: Xi Society.

Thanks and happy driving 🙂
