BCM ISSUE

Looks like I'm the first one to report the BCM ( body control moduel ) issue.
In Saturday morning " blind spot system " warning popped up suddenly , I was like that is not a big deal I don't even need that assistant at all.
However, after 20 mins drove other warnings like " cruise control " , " brake system " etc were keep popping up.
Called/stopped by the dealership immediately , btw , turn signal lights were not working on the way to dealership.

After 3 hours waited , I was told is BCM issue and needs to be replaced but part is back order.
Dealership has no idea when the part will be ready.

I'm thinking maybe get the BCM from 3rd parties instead to wait for underestimated time.

If the dealer cant get it from Honda, I'd wager a third party wont have one either. Also if you go that route it wont be covered by Honda, while this should be covered under warranty. I had to wait a couple of weeks when they had to replace my turbo assembly after the wastegate failed.
