Beware of Palmdale Honda (SoCal)

Aside from shitty deals and customer service…..

I went in for appraisal on my fl5, got a laughable offer, I left.

Went home.

next morning my Type R keychain collectible was missing (see image of what I had on my keys)

keys never left my car I went straight home.

Unless my securely looped keychain just fell off or broke off between 7pm and 630 am, these people snatched it.

and it’s not an easy keychain to find. I recently got it a week ago too.

unbelievable.

I called them and let them have it, requesting cctv. Haven’t heard back.

I gave my keys to the internet manager. Who knows what happened after that. Or who saw my keys

lucky I found a posting for the same keychain on Walmart which cost almost $40 shipped.

It could've been an honest mistake, I attribute anything in the service department to extreme negligence before anything else.

Was yours the one officially from Honda? I got the same keychain (and the type R unicorn) from college hills Honda, so it may be that you're just getting a knockoff.

If that main ring was still there when you got it back and it got detached at the neck, they were probably just careless, the keychain got caught on something, and fell off.
