Swapped in some new plugs and hesitation seems to be gone. Also my K Control is now locked at .49 which is nice. Kinda ridiculous I had to do this at 10k miles but with the stories of crazy counterfeit NGKs these days, who's to say they weren't either defective or fake. I did notice a bit of misfire in cylinder 2 and 3 on a log as well before plug swap.
