So ceramic coating is like pizza...everyone has a favorite. After years of trying a lot of stuff, I settled on 2 brands: Adams Polishes and CarPro. The later out of South Korea. Of the 2? The CarPro is a BIT better and lasts a long time! The Adams says "9 years or more...", where CarPro says about 2 years. But....

I washed both the RDX Adv A spec (Apex Blue) and the FL5 today and, 3 years later, the CarPro is amazing! Still. And the RDX hasn't been touched aside from the 2 coats I put on it when we got it in 2023, rarely sees a non touchless carwash....but it was a few times a year at work. And the water still beads like the say I put it on 3 years ago!

I did the TLX Type S dozens of times and it didn't seem to hold up quite as well....so I did use the CarPro UK3.0 on the FL5 today, about 3/4 of it for now, and it's super smooth!

I will follow up periodically with some UK based Mitchell & King carnauba, but have not done the RDX in 3 years. :). I do like Collinite 845 as well for a longer lasting shine, but don't use that much either once I stated doing ceramic in and out.

Hope this helps!

Which Adams ceramic did you use?

I bought Adams graphene advanced in the spray bottle and it wore off in less than a year or so.
