I hear you. I see a lot of black cars in my neighborhood. They look cool even when a little dirty. Particularly from side view. If I get one not going to get too *nal about it.
May ceramic polish the hood because when driving you really notice the dirt sighting down the hood.

Every speck of dirt and every chip and scratch. Had a couple black Civic's and never again.

Road salt on black is horrible - fortunately I know you don't get a lot of that in Dallas
I purchased a Boost Blue last week, and I've had probably about 5 random complements on the color. I'm a BMW guy, and it's very close to a BMW M reserved color.
