This bothered me so much that I had to post here, and I doubt I'm the only one. You as a company need to put your FB fan base on a short leash. If you haven't seen the comments over the last few days on many if not all 10th ten civic pages you need to look. The holier than thou attitude that everyone has that uses your product is uncalled for, along with all the negative comments that are made towards other owners that use a different product. I was actually considering switching up until a few days ago but after what I've seen the last few days I wouldn't use your product if it was given to me for free or if I had it I would get rid of it. As a business owner(if you are the owner) this should bother you quite a bit, I may be the only one putting it in writing but I can assure you there are many others that feel this way but won't bother posting it. Take all this however you want to as this is just 1 mans opinion but even 1 should matter. I've been around the car enthusiast community over 35 years and have never witnessed anything like this before, it's a shame too as these cars are very nice but the community surrounding them is horrible, not all but the majority as there are a few that do try to help.
