FaceBook comments.

This bothered me so much that I had to post here, and I doubt I'm the only one. You as a company need to put your FB fan base on a short leash. If you haven't seen the comments over the last few days on many if not all 10th ten civic pages you need to look. The holier than thou attitude that everyone has that uses your product is uncalled for, along with all the negative comments that are made towards other owners that use a different product. I was actually considering switching up until a few days ago but after what I've seen the last few days I wouldn't use your product if it was given to me for free or if I had it I would get rid of it. As a business owner(if you are the owner) this should bother you quite a bit, I may be the only one putting it in writing but I can assure you there are many others that feel this way but won't bother posting it. Take all this however you want to as this is just 1 mans opinion but even 1 should matter. I've been around the car enthusiast community over 35 years and have never witnessed anything like this before, it's a shame too as these cars are very nice but the community surrounding them is horrible, not all but the majority as there are a few that do try to help.

I’m not a member of any of the 10th gen Facebook groups so I can’t say I have seen anything that you are referencing, however unless it’s on an official @KTuner page it’s not anything they have any control over. I am a Ktuner customer and truly believe it is a superior product, but I have no hate or dis-respect for anyone that uses a competing product. Competition drives progress for everyone in the industry.

@KTuner has provided impeccable customer service to me and they have made more generous donations than anyone else in the industry to our CivicX Wake the Dragon meet that we are putting together. I don’t know what was said and I am not trying to excuse it, but please do not assume Ktuner condones such actions.

Any community can become toxic. We work hard to make sure that CivicX does not. While it’s a shame that a few bad apples can ruin a good thing, it may be best to simply avoid communities where such posts are allowed.

Don't join any, not a good idea. I was guilty also as I caught myself getting drawn into it at their level and had to back off. I just think a company should know what's happening that can affect someone considering their product and try to nip it in the butt before it gets too out of hand. And yes I know they make a good product but I have made my decision, others can make theirs. this was MY rant, others can take from it what they want. It's happening with other companies products also but I haven't got to them yet, this was the worst.

I appreciate that you were considering our product at one point. You're one I've seen post on many occasion and would love to have you on the team.

I'm sure you can understand that we have no control over what the public does on facebook, but I will certainly put a suggestion out to community members.

It's so toxic. It's a good thing you haven't joined. I just laugh at the ridiculous things they post on it. Lots of dumb memes...

Don't let that silly community judge you by what KTuner is. James has no control over that. Your support with him will be 100% professional
