College hills states you should torque it to 6.5 pounds. You will need a torque wrench to install properly. It is not required but necessary. I sold my 2017 OEM center black Type R wing on eBay for around $300. The new one could fetch $400 or $500 possibly.
Thank You. Still waiting on a price from my dealer installed before I make a decision.

What torque wrench would you even use? A 1/4 one?

3/8 inch electric AAA battery chiming torque wrench from ACDelco on Amazon with 3/8 inch T30 socket attachment. Just be careful not to strip the bolts and turn slowly and level while properly inserting. Always remember righty is not always tighty. In this case turn clockwise to loosen and counter to tighten.

The electronic torque wrench is 3.7 to 37 ft-lbs. Set it to 6.5 ft-lbs.

Thanks! Looking into getting that torque wrench. Digital torque wrenches are just so much easier. Hopefully the ACDeclo wont give me any trouble
