For sale and local pickup only. Used FL5 Civic Type R Apexi exhaust. Does not include front pipe. Can be mated to pretty much any front pipe that uses flanges. I specifically used it with a RV6 front pipe. Exhaust comes with pre installed electronic valve, new bolts, and original gaskets.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this exhaust. I loved having it. My wife however felt that the overall noise level was too much for her on the highway. I only used this exhaust for 1500 miles before she requested that I replace it.

Price is a firm $1800 and can be picked up outside of Cleveland, Ohio.

That is the exact exhaust I would like to have on my car and also the exact reason why I do not have that exhaust on my car. :) GLWS.

Just curious, but what'd you end up with that was "Wifey Approved"? Did you happen to run the exhaust with the OEM front pipe for sound comparisons?

I am now running the Fujitsubo. It's considerably quieter, not to say that the Apexi is loud because it's not.

I have only ran the TSP downpipe and RV6 front pipe with any of my aftermarket exhausts. So I really can't compare the volume to the stock options.

How do you like the fujitsubo? I was thinking about that one, but the cost is eye watering. That or the Qspe but that one weighs a lot. Was the Apexi producing a lot of drone?

The Fujitsubo is great if you are looking for something louder than stock, but only by a few decibels. It's practically silent on the highway unless you are getting on it.

The Apexi didn't have any drone issues for me. The overall exhaust noise level was just too loud for my wife. Personally I didn't find it to be loud at all.
