I purchased this for my FL5, but I took it off. These provide an excellent fitment to the fender, and I loved the aesthetics. Nevertheless, I planned to track the car and didn't want to keep taking them off.

The spacers were installed for 100 miles and are practically new.

You will receive 2 sets of 15mm and 20mm H&R spacers along with the wheel nuts for the factory studs.

Did you run factory wheels with them? If so, was trimming of the OEM wheels studs necessary?

No, there is no need to trim anything. I did run the stock factory wheels

Yes I ran factory wheels and you do not need to trim anything. H&R designed them perfectly.
