Hey all,

Someone backed into my FL5 Type R while parked and had to go through the entire collision repair process.

After a month in the shop I finally got my car back and well there’s a lot of imperfections to say the least.

Anyways one thing I noticed was the weather stripping around the hatch glass looking off. Seems like it was installed incorrectly to me and is sitting beneath the edge of the glass rather than on top to create a good seal. Water is going through the seal but not getting inside which is a plus I guess.

Can anyone confirm check out these pics and lmk if this looks right to you?

I can get some better pics tomorrow in daylight if needed.

Additional pics would probably be helpful.

It’s kinda hard to get good pics but just snapped a few more. Not sure how well it’s captured in the images but to me the strip looks very sunken and can’t recall if this is how it’s supposed to fit. Also noticed a few gaps here and there.
