How to remove internal post cover?

I want to run a wire behind this post in my 2022 Civic Sedan. Does anyone know how to easily remove this? I know in older civics the plastic cover thing (blue arrow) could be popped off to remove a bolt. Is that still the way? What is this post even called?

This may help, sounds like a bit of a pain getting it back on though.
