I think im missing a clamp

just got my PRL SRI and installed but noticed im missing a clamp thats supposed to go on the filter..
i checked everywhere and cannot for the life of me find it. does anyone know if its supposed to be preattached to the filter?

yes im using zipties, atm and it is not secure at all
