Not sure. You'll want to do some enhanced due diligence on this. A lot of these types of parts require drilling, cutting, etc. Be careful.

Can they ship to the US? I thought I saw a warning on mugens website saying they can't be ship out of the purchasing nation, or did I misread that?

Some of the Japanese manufacturers do not allow shipment outside of the country if you purchase direct. If you're interested, just order it. If they can't ship to the U.S. it will either not allow you to complete checkout or you will be notified at some point after you place the order.
