RMM Bang? Damage?

It was raining and my foot slipped off the clutch pedal while clutched in in 1st gear around 5mph. Car jolted and heard a very loud bang. Could this have damaged anything? Or is this just the flimsy stock RMM bottoming out?

for real. it moves so much even when driving it gently.

It is terrible, I really like my Hasport 62A mount. A little vibration but the feel of the car is greatly improved.
