There is an accident on the Carfax. I was at a red light and an Escalade tapped into my rear bumper causing about a mango sized dent in the rear bumper, cracking a taillight, and some scratches on the tailgate. The repairs were done through my dealership's collision center. I was give a new rear bumper, new taillight, and liftgate. Work was superb and you cannot tell it was in an accident at all.

With that out of the way, lets talk condition. The car has Xpel PPF on the front bumper, hood, fenders, side skirts, front doors, and spoiler. The car is also ceramic coated.

Body:
The condition of the exterior is in amazing shape. There is one small (pinhead) sized spot on the hood where the PPF ate a pebble and it's ever-so-slightly peaking up. It did not go through the PPF and hit the paint at all.

The car is pretty dirty at the moment but once it stops raining I will get updated pictures.

Wheels:
I currently have 18" Spoon SW388 wheels on the car mated to Michelin Pilot Sport 4S. The tires have about 40% tread left so will probably need new tires.

On the front driver side wheel there is about 2-3" mild curb rash. The wheels have also been powdercoated as I bought them used from a member of this forum. These can come with the car for a bit extra.

Stock wheels are in immaculate condition and have 90-95% tread life remaining.

Interior:
I put Tuxmats on the day I purchased the car so the carpeting is flawless. I hardly ever have passengers so passenger seat and rear seats are flawless. Driver side seat has no staining or wear but I am a little on the chubby side so the bolsters near the legs may be a tad broken in compared to a brand new seat.

There is a minor flaw with the steering wheel. I think the zipper on my jeans may have rubbed against the bottom part of wheel and there is a small zipper texture made on the steering wheel bottom.

Engine:
Oil has been changed with AMSoil every 3k miles. Car has had moments of aggressive driving as all Type R's have but I do not and have no abused the car. No grinding of gears, power shifts, or bouncing off red-line. I have also had the worm-gear recall fix done.

Mods:

- Hondata (comes with the car)
- Custom tune by Derek Robinson (the best in the business)
- PRL Intercooler, PRL Charge Pipes, PRL Titanium Turbo Inlet, PRL High Volume Intake
- AWE Touring Exhaust
- RV6 Catted Downpipe

- Spoon Lowering Springs
- Spoon Front and Rear Rigid Collars
- Eibach Rear Lower Control arm (to adjust camber)

- Aerospeed V2 Front Lip (gloss black)
- Genuine Honda Carbon Fiber Spoiler
- Ceramic Tint 35%
- Xpel PPF (front bumper, front doors, hood, fenders, side skirts, spoiler)

All of my mods have been professionally installed. I modded my car to be OEM+ and everything is tastefully done and no corners were cut. All stock parts have been retained and can be made available to the buyer for an extra charge. The stock OEM Type R exhaust is one-piece and very large so if the buyer wants it, they'll have to likely come to Kansas City to pick it up.

Price: I am entertaining offers.

The car comes as is with aftermarket parts and tune installed. If you want the stock parts installed you can buy them from me and install them yourself. I will put the stock wheels back on the car if you don't want the Spoon wheels.

I'll add photos soon.

The first pictures were ones taken yesterday. The car is filthy. The ones below are when it's clean but are a few months old. Not like anything has changed though. I'll get current photos with a clean car as soon as the weather permits.

Bumping for visibility, good luck with your sale. Question about your Spoon Springs and Rigid Collars.

Could you please go into some detail on how these two ride vs. stock, particularly on the street?

Rides pretty much identical to stock. One of the reason's I went with Spoon was it's a pretty conservative "drop". It lowers the car maybe an inch or 3/4 of an inch?

To be honest about the Rigid Collars, I haven't really taken advantage of them. I haven't autocrossed the car or taken it to a track like I had planned to so I haven't really seen what they can do.

What did you end up getting for it?
Traded it in to the dealership that I was buying my new car from for 40k. Two BMW dealerships both offered me 34.8k and 37k. The Honda dealership went up to 40k after initially offering 37k.
