This is a barely used Zestek SCX Gen2 setup with their latest 330mm carbon fiber steering wheel in matte carbon (currently backordered). This setup comes with their Velolink OBD2 dongle. Simply plug this into your OEM OBD2 port, and you are off to the races. This is a new product, and Zestek is still in development of a lot of goodies for this setup (FL5) that you can gradually upgrade as you go in steps.
